Digital products such as Yantras cannot be refunded once bought and the pattern is revealed as these are traditionally prepared and activated before making available. There is a tangible effort to personlise them.

Yantras have a lead time to prepare as per traditional practices. There is usually no shipping time but a digital download link is made available once ready.

Consultation bookings may involve a wait time during peak times and/or finding the most appropriate time (muhurta) for reading.

Consultation bookings require notice to reschedule or cancel without a charge.

Cancellation within 48 hours will incur full consultation charge and deemed as "no show" to protect astrologer’s time. Cancelling within a week of a scheduled consult will incur half the consultation charge to protect astrologer’s time.

Rescheduling within 48 hours will be subject to a charge unless Idue to emergency or health reasons. This would be at the astrologer's discretion.

The astrologer reserves all the rights to make changes to schedule at any given time. Once the fee is paid and service is agreed the astrologer is committed to providing the service with highest quality, but at the most appropriate muhurta (timing). This would be in the best interest of the client.

Vedic astrology is traditionally considered as a divine practice. The reading from Jyotish Cafe is a very ethical service adhering to traditional values and beliefs, yet delivered with a modern outlook over online sessions. The astrologer reserves the right to cancel readings where the request does not fit a high ethical behaviour and/or karmic pattern. This can be seen by the Vedic chart. Should this happen, any money already paid by the client shall be refunded. Should this happen in your case, it doesn't necessarily reflect any ill of you. It could be that your time to receive a Vedic reading may not have arrived. But from experience, majority of service seekers have genuine interest and faith in the service and thus will benefit from the readings.

Jyotish or Vedic Astrology is a faith based system and spiritual advice. It is not a religious service, although roots from traditional Hindu open values (Santana Dharma) from thousands of years ago. Being a faith based system requires clients to have matching faith and belief in the practice (not necessarily the same religion) for a harmonious and positive experience. The advice provided is based on best intent and traditional jyotish best practices. Changing one’s karma is not in the hands of an astrologer, but in the client’s own free will actions. The astrologer provides direction and spiritual remedies to support the client’s self-willed improvements. The people seeking advice must exercise their own free will and judgment and act rationally before, during and after the readings. Under no circumstances can a client hold Jyotish Cafe or its staff members responsible for any of their actions or life situations before or after the readings

Additionally, the readings do not constitute or replace specialist professional advice related to the subject matter - for example jyotish readings cannot claim to be or replace any medical advice in medical cases; and likewise jyotish does not replace legal advice in legal matters. Jyotish advice gently supplements professional advice from any field, bringing in spiritual and karmic dimensions of life and suits people believing in higher life force and karma.
